Frequently asked questions

Before you order your report

Is there a subscription or a monthly fee?

No. Valion works on a one-off payment per report: you pay when you order your Executive or Extended Report, and there's no recurring fee.

Can I start with the Executive and upgrade to the Extended later?

Yes. Many clients order the Executive first for a quick conversation and, if they need to defend it before a fund or a committee, upgrade to the Extended by paying only the difference, with a 15% discount.

How long does the report take?

Minutes. Both the Executive and the Extended Report are generated as soon as you upload your data, with no extra waiting time.

Are my data and my report confidential?

Yes. Your data is treated confidentially and shared only with the providers we need to deliver the service, all under data processing agreements. The report is yours alone: you decide who you show it to, and when.

What methodology backs the valuation?

The four established methods (DCF, VCM by Revenue, VCM by EBITDA and the Valion Method), checked against data from SABI, PitchBook, Finnhub and Statista, under the international IFRS 13 standard.
